How does my subscription work?
For a monthly fee, we lend you gorgeous fashion jewelry from the Leila Jewels collection, three pieces at a time. It ships right to your door, in a beautiful LeilaBox.
The jewelry is yours to wear for as long as you want.
Then, when you want a new set, you simply put the jewelry back in the box and send it back to us (in a prepaid envelope), and another fabulous box will be on its way to you. Your monthly fee covers as many swaps as you want; shipping is always free.
How does the billing work?
When you enroll, your credit card will be charged $22. Every 30 days after that, the $22 monthly fee will be charged to your card, until you decide to cancel.
How long can I keep my LeilaBox set?
Keep each set as long as you like: a few days, a week, or a month. It’s totally up to you. There are no deadlines or schedules.
But remember that the magic of LeilaBox is the unlimited supply of fantastic jewelry, so don’t wait too long between sets.
How often can I exchange for a new Box?
As often as you like! That’s the beauty of LeilaBox: the possibilities are endless.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is always free. There’s no cost to you, coming or going.
About the Jewelry
What types of jewelry can I expect?
Each Box features three pieces of high-quality jewelry from our distinctive collection: earrings, necklaces, bracelets and rings.
Look for sophisticated pieces that reflect a modern sensibility; fun, artistic designs that don’t stray into “kitsch” territory; and updated takes on iconic classics. We’ll never send you cheap trinkets or silly fads. Not a “kitty” charm in sight. We send the pieces we love to wear ourselves.
And while our designs represent a range of styles, every piece is made from high-quality, timeless materials. You’ll see sterling silver, gemstones, pearls, and more.
You’ll find a description of each piece, its retail price and your member discount price inside your LeilaBox.
What if I have allergies?
Leila jewelry is not guaranteed to be hypo-allergenic for all types of allergies. If you have metal allergies that could cause a reaction, please let us know in your account information. We’ll do our best not to send you that type of jewelry. But we ask that you be sure to inspect any pieces you receive before wearing them.
Is the jewelry sanitized?
Yes, all jewelry is cleaned and sanitized between each use. We wouldn’t have it any other way.
What if I accidentally damage or break a piece of jewelry?
Hey, it happens. We understand. Please just let us know immediately by emailing us at email@example.com.
Purchasing an Item
Can I purchase an item I want to keep? How do I make a purchase?
Absolutely! When you send your set back for a new one, just hold onto the item you want to keep. Return the rest and we’ll charge your card on file for the item you keep. (You’ll pay the discounted member price listed on the insert.)
What if I want to buy the whole set?
Awesome. You have two options. Choose whichever is easier for you:
1. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know.
2. Send back the empty box.
Either way, we’ll charge your credit card for the three pieces (at the member discount price). And we’ll get your next Box out to you right away!
Can I return items that I've purchased from LeilaBox?
Sorry, but no. Items purchased from LeilaBox are final sale. (That’s why you get to try them out first.)
What if a piece of jewelry becomes damaged or broken after I purchase it?
If a piece becomes damaged or broken through normal wear and tear within 60 days of your purchase, please let us know. We’ll do our best to replace it, or else we’ll issue a refund if the piece is no longer available.
What if a piece of jewelry arrives damaged?
First of all, we’re so sorry. But that can happen. Please contact us immediately by emailing us at email@example.com and let us know the details. We will respond quickly to fix the situation.
Is there a cost for shipping?
Nope. Shipping is always free, coming and going.
Do you deliver outside the United States?
No, at this time we only deliver within the continental U.S.
Is a signature required for delivery?
Nope. Our goal is to make this as effortless for you as possible. Your Box will be left in your mailbox (or wherever your mail is delivered), just waiting for you to open it. No signature required.
What if I lose my return envelope/label?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll send you a new one to print off!
When is my LeilaBox membership renewal date?
Your subscription continues until you cancel it. No need to renew.
How often am I charged?
Your credit card is charged once a month, usually on the same day each month.
Can I put my account on hold?
Of course. We’re flexible. If you’re going away or just need to take a break, just send us an email (email@example.com) and tell us how long you want your account to be on hold.
How do I change my shipping address?
Go to your Account page and click on "My Address," and then "Update."
Just type in your new address and be sure to hit “Save” when you are done.
How do I cancel my account?
We hate to see you go! But if you must, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you want to cancel, and as soon as we get your current box back we will suspend your account. Or you can include a note in your box when you send it back. You may also do this from your account dashboard.
In either case, we’ll send you a confirmation via email.
What happens to my account if I cancel?
We will place your account in "inactive" status. If you decide to come back (and we hope you do), we will reactivate it right away.
Why do I have to give my credit card number if I received a gift subscription from someone else?
Someone loves you a lot – and they paid for you to get a great gift! Now we are going to send you a bunch of gorgeous jewelry, for free, right to your door. We ask that you enter a credit card number when you activate your subscription, but we won’t charge it. However, you may find a piece of jewelry in your box that you want to purchase, so to make that really easy, we’ll have your card on file and all you have to do is keep the piece you love and send back the rest. We will charge the card that you gave us, at the discounted member’s-only price, for the piece you decided to keep. Then we’ll send you three new pieces!
Two weeks before the end of your gift subscription you’ll get a notification that your subscription is about to expire. You will need to put any jewelry that you currently have at your home back in the box and send it back to us. If we don’t receive the jewelry within a week of the expiration date we’ll assume you wanted to keep the pieces in your box and we will charge the card on file for those pieces, at the discounted member’s-only price.
You also have the option of continuing your subscription by rolling your subscription over to your own card simply by notifying us when you get that expiration email. If you would like to do that and put the subscription on your personal credit card just respond to the email with those instructions, and we’ll set it up. Otherwise, just send the jewelry back and your subscription will expire – you don’t have to do anything else.
